  2. JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
  3. A’ level results, diploma, or IJMB (as applicable)

  5. 2 Passport Photographs
  6. Indigene letter
  7. Certificate of birth/declaration of age

The credentials should be enclosed in a quarto-size envelope labeled with the candidate’s name, department, and JAMB registration number.
