After submitting your application, you will need to present the original copies of the following credentials at the designated screening centers:

  1. O’ level results
  2. JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
  3. A’ level results, diploma, or IJMB (as applicable to you)
  4. O’ level certificate/statement of result(s)
  5. Two passport photographs
  6. Indigene letter
  7. Certificate of birth/declaration of age

Pack these credentials in a quarto-size envelope and label it with your name, department, and JAMB registration number.

Screening Date
