    • O’ level results
    • JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
    • A’ level results, diploma, or IJMB (as applicable)
    • O’ level certificate/statement of result(s)
    • 2 Passport Photographs
    • Indigene letter
    • Certificate of birth/declaration of age
