3. After completing the application, candidates should gather the following original documents for screening at the designated centers:
   • O’ level results
   • JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
   • A’ level results, diploma, or IJMB (as applicable)
   • O’ level certificate/statement of result(s)
   • 2 Passport Photographs
   • Indigene letter
   • Certificate of birth/declaration of age
4. Pack these credentials in a quarto-size envelope and label it with your name, department, and JAMB registration number.

Important Information:

• TASUED Post UTME screening date will be communicated to all eligible candidates through the email addresses and phone numbers used during registration.
• Candidates who fail to appear for the screening exercise on the specified date will not be considered for admission for the 2023/2024 academic session.
• TASUED conducts Post UTME screening exams (Aptitude test) for all intending candidates before admission.
