  2. JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
  3. A’ level results, diploma, or IJMB (as applicable to you)
  4. O’level certificate/statement of result(s)
  5. 2 Passport Photographs
  6. Indigene letter
  7. Certificate of birth/declaration of age
