  • O’ level results
  • JAMB result/acknowledgment slip

  • Two Passport Photographs
  • Indigene letter
  • Certificate of birth/declaration of age

Ensure that these credentials are packed in a quarto-size envelope and labeled with your name, department, and JAMB registration number.
